Returns

We offer a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Seed packs must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
• Packaging must be intact, sealed, and untampered with
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

• Your seed pack is damaged
• You received the wrong product

We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or tampered seed packs
• Custom-labeled or limited-edition seed products
• Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

If you'd like a different seed variety, the best way is to:

1. Return the original unopened item
2. Place a new order after your return is accepted

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.

• If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
• Bank or card processing times may vary
