Yoghurt/Rice with hemp seeds

Ingredients
- 300 ml almond milk
- 8 tbsp hulled hemp seeds
- 3 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Method
- Add all ingredients (except the maple syrup) to a saucepan and bring to a gentle boil.
- Reduce to a medium heat and simmer until the porridge thickens to your preferred consistency.
- Sweeten with maple syrup to taste, if desired.

Our Tip
We love this porridge with fresh fruit – it’s naturally sweet enough that you won’t even miss the maple syrup. It’s also delicious with a spoonful of cocoa powder stirred through.
If you’re reintroducing dairy, try to go for the least processed option possible. Fresh raw milk from a trusted local farm is always a great choice.
